 Autoclave: The autoclaves are used for many purposes. Some of the usages are for removing air bubbles from the touch panel and pressure equipment to ensure concrete hardening. Other usages are for sanitary ware reliability test, Vertical Sterilization, and Horizontal Sterilization.

This autoclave equipment is essential for aging and bubble removal of LCD panel manufacturing process and semiconductor packaging process. The process is done by heating and pressurizing based on accurate and precise pressure and temperature control. The accurate temperature control is achieved by finding the PID value according to the surrounding environment in the Digital LED or LCD screen attached to the device. The interlock system works in case of artificial or natural negligence or malfunction. The safety device protects itself to prevent further operations. Fail-safe function is installed in this equipment. In case of failure in the equipment, the power supplied to various parts is automatically cut off.

 Vacuum Oven: Vacuum Oven supplier (HFO-144S) is specialized for the laboratory and industrial research and development. It is used for various purposes such as drying of the glass instrument, heat deformation test and heat curing test of samples, removal of moisture in samples. The earth leakage and over current protection by ground wiring is equipped. In case of over pressure, the safety valve automatically operates as an over-temperature limiter. It has excellent adhesion by using a buffer door and prevents shaking of the sample inside the chamber by gently opening and closing the door.
